Family Owned and Operated
A small family-owned business on the Central Coast, Moobi Burgers was opened by Scott Wilson, along with the popular Moobi Valley butcher shop. A meat expert with a passion for butchery from a young age, Scott began his apprenticeship as a teen. His career grew as a prominent butcher at the Sydney farmers and grower’s markets. Scott and his partner Dominique opened their own flagship store, a one-of-a-kind butcher shop and takeaway wagyu burger shop combined, all in the one place. Now, with growing business and popularity, the shops are located in two places to better serve our customers.
